As disposable incomes in the UK are forecast to slump by 3.8% in 2023, and more than five million families could see their annual mortgage payments rise by an average of £5,100 between now and the end of 2024, we’re interested to hear from homeowners who are considering downsizing to a cheaper property.

Whether your plans to sell up and move to a cheaper house are motivated by mortgage repayments that have become unaffordable due to the cost of living crisis or another change in financial circumstances – we’d like to hear from you.
